Did you know you can actually minimize Outlook to a small icon in your Sys Tray instead of the Taskbar?

Warning - this is a reg hack. Before changing your Windows registry always back it up first (by selecting Export from the Registry Menu)
1. Click the Start button and select Run.Type regedit and click OK. Navigate to the following registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Preferences
2. Select New -> DWORD Value from the Edit menu, and name it MinToTray
3. Double-click MinToTray, and set the the value to 1
4. Restart Outlook and watch it minimize to the Sys Tray now
