| When entering an email recipient in the To
line of an email message, Outlook takes several steps
to try and make the process easy on you ... honest.
If you see a red or green line
under the recipient name, right-click it to select
one of the multiple addresses Outlook found. A
red line means Outlook can't decide which address
to select. A green line means Outlook's using the
last selection it remembers you choosing (but you can still select
another by right-clicking). |
